All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These on-line shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (GST inclusive) and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

Customer Service Policy

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support and quality organic worm based products. We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. Delivery times are between 5-10 business days within Australia. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will refund your purchase price in full.

Customer and Supplier Responsibilities

You as a customers are responsible for the manner in which you handle, store and use the products supplied and manufactured by Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture. To ensure that you do not void any returns policy or the efficacy of the microbial worm based products, you must handle, store and use the products in accordance with the instructions on the labels and in accordance with any advice given to you in writing or from information on this website www.wormtec.com.au  or from Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture staff.

We do not accept returns where biological products have been damage by incorrect storage or contamination Customers are made aware that organic and biological products are vulnerable to heat, sunlight and contamination from food activators that will lead to damage or loss of efficiency.

Shipping

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture uses a range of couriers and transport companies, for its order shipping. Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture will always endeavour to get the best price on shipping for each order. Your order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery.

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available, or there is a delay in delivery, Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture does not accept responsibility for liability or damages related to delivery. If customers would like deliveries insured, this must be communicated to Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture at the time of sale. Customers are advised to take out freight insurance.

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture uses freight companies that are general carriers and they expect safe and accessible delivery locations. They are at liberty to charge you the customer  (wait time) and safety-equipment use to comply with OH&S (safety) requirements. These costs are to be borne by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that accessible and safe passageway is in place for any delivery and that adequate labour to support the driver is in place to handle bulky or heavy goods

Where customers arrange their own freight, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place upon collection from our premises.

Where Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture arranges for delivery, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the products are delivered to customer’s premises or home; you are expected to be there to take delivery of goods. Your order will be left at front door or where you have instructed us to leave your order if you are not home to take delivery of your order.

You the customers will be charged for any costs incurred that result from supplying Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture with incorrect or changed delivery address

We only ship within Australia.

Refunds

Wormtec worm farming and vermiculture will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to greg@wormtec.com.au within 7 days of purchase. We will discuss with you the best option of a refund or replacement for a defective product.

We have the right to accept or reject your order.  If we reject your order you will be given a full refund if you have paid for the order.

Returns Policy

The freight of returned goods is at the customer’s expense
